Content and rights
The texts, photographs, plans and videos published on this site belong to the State of Fribourg or to their respective authors. Any reproduction or reuse beyond private use and press quotation requires prior written permission.
The information is published for guidance. The State of Fribourg strives to keep it up to date but guarantees neither its completeness nor its accuracy, and reserves the right to change it at any time.

Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the data protection act of the canton of Fribourg.
The contact form and the rental request form collect only the data needed to answer you: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your request. A rental request is kept for twelve months after it is closed, then deleted. A contact message is forwarded by e-mail to the project team and is not stored on the site.
The newsletter subscription is managed by Infomaniak, in Switzerland; you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every issue.
The server records technical logs (IP address, page visited, time) for a limited period, for security and troubleshooting only.
You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the data about you through the contact form.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking or analytics cookie. A session cookie is created only when you sign in to an account, to recognise you from one page to the next; it disappears when you sign out.
The webcam and the live video are provided by third-party services that may apply their own terms when you display them.
